Use the office tied to the record rather than sending one request to every Price County agency:
- Circuit Court cases and certified dispositions: Clerk of Circuit Court, 126 Cherry Street, Room 206, Phillips, WI 54555; 715-339-2353; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Sheriff reports and county law-enforcement records: Price County Sheriff's Office, 164 Cherry Street, P.O. Box B, Phillips, WI 54555; 715-339-3011; administrative counter hours should be confirmed.
- Bookings and current county custody: Price County Jail at 164 Cherry Street; 715-339-4116; the facility operates 24 hours, though that does not mean records staff are always available.
- Wisconsin CCH and official name checks: Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Law Enforcement Services, Crime Information Bureau through WORCS.
- City police reports: ask the city department that created the report. Park Falls records may route through the city clerk at 715-744-0167.
- Expungement: qualifying court matters under Wis. Stat. ยง 973.015 are handled through the court that entered the judgment.
The Price County Clerk and Sheriff counters sit at separate Cherry Street addresses in Phillips. A court file and a booking or incident record therefore require separate requests even when they stem from the same event.
